Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles payments, taxes, invoices, and refunds. Read Paddle’s Refund Policy.

Eligible paid plans start with a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription converts to a paid plan and your payment method is charged when the trial ends.

The trial is offered once per account.

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. No contact with us is needed. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (monthly or annual). You keep access to your paid plan until then, and you will not be charged again.

Until the period ends you can undo a scheduled cancellation from the same page.

Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law. We do not give refunds or credits for unused time in a billing period, or for partial months or years after you cancel.

EU and UK customers. You may have a 14-day right to withdraw from your first payment. Where that right applies, you can request a full refund of that first payment within 14 days of paying.

Billing errors. If you were charged twice or in error, contact us and we will help you get it corrected.

When you upgrade, change billing cycle, or add Team seats, Paddle prorates the charge for the remainder of the current period. Changes made during a free trial do not trigger a charge and keep your trial end date. Downgrades and seat removals do not produce a refund of the current period.

Email hello@alphajourney.app from the address on your account and include the invoice or receipt number, or contact Paddle directly through the link in your receipt email. Refunds that are approved are returned to the original payment method by Paddle.
